1) Who we are

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). Create one account per person; keep your login secure. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for your own learning. No resale, sharing, or public posting of our materials.

3) Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Some content requires a paid, auto-renewing subscription (billing period shown at checkout). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Unless required by law or we state otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Any free trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. Taxes and processor fees may apply. Payments are handled by our third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

4) Classroom conduct and content you submit

Be respectful; no harassment, cheating, or spam. You retain rights to content you submit (assignments, messages), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.

5) Intellectual property

All site content, lessons, videos, text, logos, and software are our or our licensors’ property and protected by law. Don’t copy, scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer.

6) Third-party services

We may integrate services like WordPress plugins, Google Forms, payment processors, and LMS tools. We are not responsible for third-party availability or policies.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our materials are for educational purposes only and not professional advice. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risks to our users or platform.

9) Changes

We can update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
